Delivery & returns
- Netherlands: order before 15:00 on a working day for delivery on the next working day. If you order later, your parcel will arrive on the second working day.
- Belgium and Germany: 2 to 3 working days.
- Shipping costs: free from €75. Below this amount: €3.95 within the Netherlands and €8.95 to Belgium or Germany.
- Notify us within 14 days, starting the day after receipt, that you wish to cancel your purchase. Then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.
- Sale items can also be returned.
