- Netherlands: order before 15:00 on a working day for delivery on the next working day. If you order later, your parcel will arrive on the second working day.
- Belgium and Germany: 2 to 3 working days.
- Shipping costs: free from €75. Below this amount: €3.95 within the Netherlands and €8.95 to Belgium or Germany.
- Notify us within 14 days, starting the day after receipt, that you wish to cancel your purchase. Then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

How do I measure?
- Measure your foot length Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall and mark your longest toe — this is not always the big toe. Measure from the wall to the mark.
- Measure at the end of the day Your feet are largest in the evening. Measure both and use the longer measurement; a small difference between left and right is normal.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger size. A tight shoe will not become roomier; a slightly loose shoe can be adjusted with a thicker sock or an insole.
